Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
We source our products from international suppliers to bring you quality products at competitive prices. As a result, shipping times are longer than domestic retailers.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 15–35 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 7–15 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier volume, or circumstances outside our control.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase price. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 40 business days of your ship date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We do not consider a package lost until this window has passed.
